I received the poorest level of customer service from this company I have ever received. The company refused to take any responsibility for not adequately providing me with a proper address for returns. They said they never received it even though I had it insured and had the tracking number to prove it got delivered. I made numerous phone calls and was put on hold for up to 45 mins trying to resolve the issue. Each time I called they made up another excuse as to why they could not refund my money. The call center isn't even in the US, its in the Philippines so hold times were ridiculous. I am now out product and money. Not to mention the reason I returned the product is because it was a junk device. I will never buy from this comany again!!
